# `issues/` — code-level follow-ups

Drafts for issues to file against upstream libraries or for code-level
TODOs that don't belong in Jira (Jira tracks *project* work; this folder
tracks *code* work — usually upstream bug reports, future-deletable
workarounds, and library limitations we've routed around).

Each file is a standalone markdown draft, ready to paste into the upstream
project's issue tracker. When an issue is filed, edit the file to add the
filed URL at the top, so we can track its state.

When an upstream fix ships and our workaround is removed, delete the file.
