Test evidence: the sources ledger on a real query, with a flagged chart value.

Document: Q2 2026 Earnings Presentation (ACR), page 8, "CRE Loan Portfolio Maturity Profile".
Question: What is the length in time of fully extended weighted average loan maturity?
Answer: 3.1 years, Q2 2026 (at June 30, 2026).

What the screenshot shows:
* The answer card carries the value and its two descriptors only. No status badges on the card.
* Under the card, SOURCES lists three rows from page 8: the caption text, the chart value, and the figure. Each row is number, page, what it is, the served value, and a status dot, all in one colour.
* Row 2 is the chart value. It is the only flagged source, so only its value "3.1 years" and its dot are red. Beneath the row, the reason reads in plain words: "Read from the chart once, without a second check. Worth a manual look." Rows 1 and 3 print nothing beneath them.
* Clicking a row drives the viewer to the cited region on page 8. Row 1 is selected here, and the caption under "3.1 years" is outlined on the page.

This is the value_unreconciled case from the registry: the figure was read from the chart image without a second reading to confirm it. The old interface printed the status as a code in a provenance block on a second reference card. This is the same flag, with the same data, shown once in a sentence the reader can act on.
